Elizabeth Herrmann architecture + design is pleased to announce that we are working with the Williams Hill development team and Red House, Inc. builders of Burlington, to develop concept sketches for an eight-home green subdivision project in Charlotte, Vermont. All homes will receive a Five Star Plus ENERGY STAR rating and at least a LEED for Homes Gold Certification.
