Elizabeth Herrmann architecture + design offers a full range of services tailored to each client--from early planning, site selection, and design (rough sketches to construction-ready drawings), to helping clients choose the right builder. We guide clients through technical details, interior and exterior finishes, kitchen planning, lighting design, and fixture and fitting selection. We oversee construction and coordinate among many specialized professionals to bring projects to fruition. We also work with clients to incorporate healthy, green or low-maintenance building materials, sustainable and energy-efficient building practices, or custom-designed elements for a particular use or aesthetic. We are also well-versed in accessibility issues and can help our clients create a home to suit their particular needs.
